Quality Facilitator
Part time (0.4 FTE)
Based in Christchurch

Maybe you are thinking of stepping back from clinical in the New Year? Perhaps looking to go part time? Maybe you are just looking for a change but to stay in the Health System? If so this is a fantastic role, support the uptake and use of the Patient Experience Survey (PES).

Essential Attributes:

  • A solid Health background, preferably in Quality
  • Knowledge of primary health services, general practice capabilities, NGO providers and community support agencies
  • Able to engage with General Practice Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and tolerate high demand
  • Willingness to support practices in interpretation of the Patient Experience Survey (PES)
  • A good background in policy writing and management

Rural Canterbury PHO provides support for primary care patient services at general practice level in Ashburton, Waimakariri, Banks Peninsula, and Hurunui. Rural Canterbury PHO’s philosophy is to provide the maximum range of quality health services to its enrolled population.
