Respiratory Nurse Specialist Service

Purpose:

To support the care to patients with chronic respiratory conditions; to provide spirometry; to undertake screening; 1:1 practice education - or by arrangement

Exclusion criteria:

Non-enrolled patients.Patients who do not have chronic respiratory conditions
