Men’s Wellness Checks

To improve the health status of ‘middle aged' men by encouraging access to services.

Key Components:

Provide wellness checks for those adult males within the primary care setting of Rural Canterbury PHO, between the ages of 45 and 65 years who have not had a general health check for over two years.
