Banks Peninsula - Green Prescription

A pilot programme providing one on one clinic and home visit support for Green Prescription in Banks Peninsula.  Telephone support is included.

Key Components:

GRx consultant will enhance the existing four month GRx phone support service by:

Face to Face GRx consultation leading into phone support

How to access:

GRx referral from Banks Peninsula.  GRx support will be provided through a series of consultations to assist participants in achieving long term lifestyle changes.
