Connected Health Community The collective of health workers and entities (i.e. hospitals, general practitioners, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare providers and funders), connectivity service providers and health information / application providers that communicate and collaborate within the Connected Health governance and management framework
Core Services Those services and applications that are provided centrally for use by all participants in the Connected Health Community
